    HOW TO EXERCISE YOUR RIGHTS

    When you request to exercise any of your rights, we will provide the personal data and other necessary information you request. However, we reserve the right to charge a fee or refuse your request if it is deemed repetitive or excessive. For this notice, three consecutive requests will be considered repetitive and excessive.

    Your right to have your data erased does not apply to legally required records, such as invoices, audit logs, subscription information, and personal data archived on Bvida’s backup systems. We will securely isolate and protect such data from further processing as required by applicable law.

    If any of your rights under this Privacy Policy are breached, you may seek a remedy within two years of the breach occurring.

    SECURITY OF PERSONAL DATA

    We take the security of the personal data we collect very seriously and implement reasonable measures to protect it from accidental destruction, loss, or unauthorized access. However, please be aware that no system involving the transmission of information via electronic storage or the internet is entirely secure therefore you are responsible for securing your personal information such as your PIN, passwords, login details, etc.
